You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Please note that refunds will ONLY be given to orders that haven been sent back and that the refund will go on to the same credit card, debit card, pay pal account. We will not refund the money to other accounts or cards under other names. Our Merchant Bank account will not let us refund EXPIRED credit cards. So please make sure when Sending your products back that your credit card has not expired. If the credit card has expired we will NOT be able to refund.
You have 30 days to request a refund after you receive your order. Please contact our Customer Support Team at 1-855-3-NIWALI / 0-800-014-8420 to initiate the return process. You will need to send in the product back to the address confirmed by our Representatives. Upon receipt we will process a refund of purchase price minus $9.95 for shipping, handling and restocking. If you are a US customer and paid for shipping, the restocking fee will be $4.95. Refused or returned packages that are sent to us without prior approval from our Customer Support Team are not eligible for a refund.
All Bottles must be returned inorder to get a refund.
We will only refund you for the same product 1 TIME. Ordering and returning products more than 1 time will be considered as FRAUD.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you request a refund policiy on our website please check back within 24 hours to see if that request has been authorized. If it was AUTHORIZED please send all of the bottles back for a refund. If you have any questions please let us know by calling

Do not use the legal address for returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
NOTE: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING MAY HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FEES OR CUSTOMS.
